Refund and Returns Policy

Eligible Returns:

  • Damaged or Incorrect Products: If a product is damaged or incorrect (due to quality issues) within 30 days of receipt, we will accept the return.
  • Non-refundable Returns: We do not accept returns for:
    • Products damaged after receipt.
    • Issues unrelated to product quality.
    • Customized blinds (unless there is a quality problem). Please ensure your measurements are accurate before placing an order.
    • Products that are not defective and have been used or customized.

For damaged items, report the issue within 30 days. Please email us at support@elegantblindsandshades.com to initiate the return process and provide the defect details. We will not accept returns or provide refunds for items with an expired warranty.

Returns Based on Different Scenarios:

  • Incorrect Size: Please use a metal tape measure for accurate measurements, as non-metal tape measures can stretch and lead to errors. If the size is wrong upon arrival, we will either re-produce or resize the blinds at our discretion and bear the cost of the return shipping.
  • Incorrect Color: Color variations may occur due to monitor settings, lighting, or batch differences. As such, we do not accept returns for color discrepancies. Please carefully consider color choices before purchasing.
  • Size Change After Delivery: We do not accept returns due to change of mind or incorrect sizing after the order has been executed.

Refund Processing Time:

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. The processing time for refunds is typically 3-10 business days, depending on your payment method.
